The Business Development Programme operates across three seasons; each season acts as a qualification period and a reward period. You qualify in one season for membership into the next.
There are three levels of membership.The criteria for membership at each level is based on your 'status' and your sales over the course of a season. For more information about this, take a look at the Organiser Handbook.
Each season, all Gold level members will be invited to attend our Leadership Academy with Usborne Books at Home senior staff. This event will provide an opportunity to develop your core skills, as well as your confidence. The free trip away will also enable you to meet up with other Organisers at all levels of the business and enjoy a little bit of Usborne 'sparkle' along the way.
