An Usborne Team Meeting in Vienna
2nd October 2014
Earlier this month, an enthusiastic group of eight Usborne Organisers and Team Leaders held a meeting in Austria's cultural centre, Vienna. Meetings really are a great way to reinvigorate your business by sharing your passion for Usborne, listening to others success stories and even setting an action plan.
The meeting in Vienna was led by UK-based Team Leader, Chrissy Noble. It lasted for a full day and was shaped by a thoughtful agenda which included a discussion about the team's strategy for targeting schools and early years' groups, a session for acknowledging success and some group work around using e-tools to grow your Usborne business. The group also discussed their own motivations for being involved with Usborne Books at Home, each sharing what they like most about their work.
We're thrilled to see our European network going from strength to strength. It's an exciting time for everyone involved and it's great to hear about productive meetings like this.
Why not get together with your team, even for a short meeting and share ideas over a cup of coffee? We'd love to hear all about it.
