Change lives this World Book Day

14th February 2013

For the entirety of Usborne’s World Book Day 2013 redemption period, Organisers or their customers can choose to donate a portion, or even all, of the value of free books they receive (as a reward for holding an Usborne event) to Beanstalk.

Beanstalk is a national charity that recruits, vets, trains and supports volunteers to work in primary schools with children who have fallen behind with their reading. It is also Peter Usborne's nominated charity for the 40th Anniversary year of Usborne Publishing.

How it works

If you’re a customer

If you wish to donate, some or all, of your free book allowance to Beanstalk - please let your Usborne Organiser know and they will be able to arrange this for you.

If you’re an Organiser

It's very simple to donate any free book allowance to Beanstalk. When you reach the 'Free Products' page of your Online Services order, search code 'BEANSTLK'.

For flexibility, your donation must be made in denominations of one penny (£0.01), so you will need to amend the quantity to your desired donation amount. For example, to donate £3.50 to Beanstalk, you will need to change the quantity to 350.

Help change lives this World Book Day and spread the word about Usborne's partnership with Beanstalk.
