We have a strong Head Office team who make sure Usborne Books at Home, the direct selling division of Usborne Publishing, continues to thrive and develop. Our mission is 'to provide everyone with the opportunity to write a better story for their family' and we are committed to supporting Organisers as they reach their potential with this rewarding business opportunity.
Managing Director. Mark believes that USBAH will become the best way for anyone to buy or sell Usborne children's books. Joined 2000.
General Manager. Responsible for all “back office” functions; stock management, finance and systems. Joined 1984.
Business & Leadership Development Manager. Prior, Sue spent over 13 years as an Organiser! Her main role is to support leaders. Joined 2015.
Senior Operations Controller. Maria joined in 1985 and still gets a buzz from seeing new titles arrive in the office!
Senior Events & Leadership Development Coordinator. Becky is responsible for organising all the Usborne Books at Home events and incentive trips. Joined 2001.
Management Accountant. Jon is very important to Organisers as he takes care of override commission cheques! Joined 2008.
Senior Marketing Coordinator. Anna coordinates the marketing team, supervising design and editorial work. Joined 2014.
Marketing Designer. Reanne works with our brand to produce fresh and eye-catching marketing materials. Joined November 2016.
Marketing Editor. Susie writes and edits all of our marketing materials including web content, social media posts and printed leaflets. Joined January 2017.
Accountant. Emma looks after the purchase ledger, cashbooks and override commissions. Joined 2013.
Administration Executive. On a day to day basis, Sam deals with order queries and reorders. Joined 1988.
Order Processing Assistant. Jo adds new Organisers to the system, sets up new titles and manages end of day procedures. Joined 2001.
Adminstration Assistant. Linda processes the Quickstart Programme results, resignations and office administration. Joined 2005.
Adminstration Assistant. Jordan issues event and recruiting leads to Business Development Programme Gold Level members. Joined 2010.
Adminstration Assistant. Lorraine joined in 2011 as maternity cover but "loved Usborne so much" that she now job shares with Jordan.
Over the years, Usborne has been recognised and rewarded for its outstanding contributions to the children's publishing industry. The Direct Selling Association has also given recognition to the work we do here at Usborne Books at Home:
