The Usborne Books at Home Travel Incentive gives Organisers the chance to jet off to amazing locations around the world, experiencing sheer luxury on an all-expenses paid adventures. This year's top incentive will be for Organisers who build and sustain 'brilliant' businesses in 2017. Could you be heading up, up and away?
Celebrate your outstanding achievements with Usborne with the ultimate travel incentive trip. India is an utterly compelling destination and this is our most exotic (and warmest!) adventure to date. With such a huge diversity of religion, tradition and culture, it's sure to be a truly fascinating trip.
We will take an overnight flight to Mumbai, one of the busiest, most multi-cultural cities in the world; the financial, historic and cultural heart of India and home of the infamous Bollywood. We'll relax and unwind with an overnight stay at the five-star Taj Mahal Palace, also known as Hotel India.
Waking up refreshed we'll explore this vibrant city on a carefully planned tour, taking in the Gateway of India, Victoria Terminus, a heritage walk and the Prince of Wales Museum. Be amazed by the world's largest open-air laundry, Dhobi Ghat and marvel at the Dabbawalla lunch carriers (a fascinating lunch box delivery system predominantly using bicycles and railways trains).
We'll then take an evening flight to Delhi, the capital which boasts the perfect blend of an historic past and a vibrant present. We'll enjoy a three night stay at the five-star Taj Palace Hotel, located in the very heart of the city.
The following morning, we'll take an express train to Agra (with reserved seats!) to visit the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven New Wonders of the World. This ivory white marble masterpiece is the most epic and emotive example of enduring love you will witness anywhere in the world and in 2018, it will be 375 years old! We will continue our adventure by visiting Agra Fort, built by Akbar in 1565, before taking the return train to Delhi.
The next day will be jam-packed with a tour of Delhi including Humayun's Tomb, India Gate, Raj Ghat, Gandhi's home, Jama Mosque and drive past the Red Fort. We'll be well-rested before our return flight the next day which arrives back in London in the afternoon.
Explore the magic and secrets of incredible India and, we're told, it just might alter the way you view the world.
