Executive Club membership for either season could have been achieved by any of the three ways below:

• All Organisers - Achieve the standard criteria for summer and autumn membership
• New Organisers - Achieve all four steps of your Flying Start (this can only apply for one season e.g. January - April)
• Newly-promoted Team Leaders - Achieve all three steps of Team Leader Express (this can only apply for one season e.g. January - April)

The key to winning the 2009 Travel Incentive was to recruit, recruit, recruit. The more New Organisers you had the more commission you earned, and the more likely you were to win!

Terms and conditions

1. The incentive period was 1st January to 30th September 2008. Online orders must have been received between 1st January 2008 and midnight on 30th September 2008. Posted/faxed orders must have been received after 5pm on 21st December 2007 and before 5pm on Tuesday 30th September 2008.

5. For the purpose of this incentive, New Organisers were those in your direct first line, whose valid Agreement arrived in the office after 5pm on Friday 21st December 2007.
6. Incorrect or late orders, Agreements and payments were not valid.
7. Any travel paid for by Usborne will start from Heathrow Airport.
8. All flights and excursions may be subject to change by the operators.
9. All prevailing rules, terms and conditions of the Usborne Organiser Handbook and Agreement apply to this incentive. If, in the company’s opinion these rules, terms and conditions have not been adhered to, the company reserves the right to disqualify any Organiser from the incentive.
